Payment & Returns Policy

Payment Methods - Visa and MasterCard credit cards and personal/business checks payable in US funds. Credit card payments will be charged at the time of the order. Personal/business checks are also accepted but will be subject to 5-7 day delay while check clears. Sorry, no COD orders.

Sales Tax - For customers in New York State, all applicable taxes will be added to your order unless you provide a NYS Resale Certificate ST-120.

Price Changes - Subject to change without notice.

Refused Shipment - Any fees incurred for freight return or restocking will be charged to the customer.

Returns & Refunds - Contact Lakeshore Sales Incorporated before returning any items purchased from Lakeshore Sales Incorporated. A Return Authorization number is required for all returns. Any restocking fees up to 20% will apply along with return freight, unless we shipped the wrong item in which case a full refund will be provided.

Defective Merchandise - Contact Lakeshore Sales Incorporated and request assistance for properly returning defective merchandise. Do not return items without prior authorization or instruction from Lakeshore Sales Incorporated.

Warranty - All PowerBoss, Delco Simpson, Simpson and NoRamp Trailers products are covered under warranty of the manufacturer not Lakeshore Sales Incorporated. TET waste water evaporators manufactured by Lakeshore Sales Incorporated are covered under a limited 2 year warranty.

Shipping Policy

Freight charges shown are subject to adjustment and are valid only for the continental US and we will ship via FedEx Ground. All other locations outside of the continental US to be advised before processing order.

Shipping Points

Most TET waste water evaporator items are shipped directly from the Lakeshore Sales Incorporated plant in Upstate, New York. Other TET items and PowerBoss, Delco Simpson, Simpson and NoRamp Trailers may come directly from manufacturers in other cities. Routing advised on request.

Delivery Time

Normally, in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours from the day the order is received, inventories permitting. On rush orders our staff can usually offer alternate suggestions, if needed. Special-ordered items with custom equipment may take up to 1-10 weeks production time, plus travel time. Design and assembly of TET waste water evaporators, inventory, packaging, shipping and all phases of customer service are handled in our plant in Upstate, NY.

DAMAGED FREIGHT - Customer should inspect at time of delivery for damage. If damage is found hand-write on the BOL (Bill of Lading) a brief description of damage. A claim should then be filed with the freight carrier for cost incurred repairing the damage.

BILL OF LADING (BOL) - Paperwork that provides the driver, carrier, shipper and receiver with complete details of the shipment and correct billing information. The bill of lading will also reference the signature of the person accepting the goods. Any damage should also be noted on this document.

REFUSALS/RECONSIGNMENTS - Refusals and/or re-consignments will not be permitted. Once an order is shipped and en-route no shipping changes can be made. All valid shipments must be accepted.

PRO NUMBER - You will see a space for the truck driver to affix the 'PRO sticker' on your bill of lading. This is simply a tracking number assigned by the carrier to reference your shipment.

FREIGHT CHARGES - Freight charges will be subject to EACH purchase order. All different ship to locations will be considered separate purchase orders.

SHIPPING SERVICES For Large Shipments*

LIFTGATE SERVICE - A lift-gate is a motorized platform affixed to the back of some trucks that raises and lowers cargo between the ground and the truck. When the shipping or receiving location does not have a loading dock, manual loading or unloading is necessary. Accessorial fees will apply for this service.

24 HOUR NOTICE - This will ensure that the freight carrier give notice of delivery and/or a delivery appointment within 24-48 hours (or a time agreed upon by freight carrier and consignee).Delivery appointments are usually held in 4hr blocks; for example: between 8a.m. - 12 p.m. This is just a courtesy notice of delivery. Freight carriers will not be able to store freight if the consignee is not able to be accept it within a reasonable amount of time.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY - Defined as a delivery in a geographical location that is not able to accommodate a tractor trailer. For deliveries in this area you must request residential delivery and a smaller truck at the time the order is placed.

Cancellations - Once an order has been approved for production verbally or in writing, any and all expenses incurred by Lakeshore Sales Incorporated and its factory(s) up to the point of cancellation will be charged to the customer.
